You will also learn you are the person that dictates the overall production of your practice. They are in direct control of doctors’ and hygienists’ time, and you will only ever produce what they schedule.

Besides being in charge of the most crucial system, and scheduling, you will learn about collecting, presenting finances, and confirming appointments.
